I didn't get to interact much with anyone due to my late check in and having to be out early in the morning for the horse show, but the place was beautiful and the rooms stunning. I also appreciated being able to bring my little dog. Someone set this reservation up for me which was also a breeze.

Excellent room, very clean, the breakfast was great too. Probably not much you can do about this if the floors are thin, but my only constructive feedback is I could hear every step and everything the person staying above my room was doing at night and in the morning.

This property is a nice one to stay because its location next to Smith College (beautiful campus) and close to the downtown streets, and is an even great deal where the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The outside of the building is a little dated but the rooms are comfortable and elegant. Bathtub caulking could use replacing but otherwise very clean. Nice breakfast in a pleasant room.

Great hotel for a family weekend trip

Lovely staff and great for families. Guest rooms are a little tired and the bathrooms could use renovations - clean but very tired. Lobby was a great spot to hang and meet other guests, snacks and breakfast were great.
