Escape to this charming RV Tiny House in picturesque Springville. TN. This cozy RV/Tiny house 2 bedrooms 1 bedroom features 1 queen size bed in the up stairs bedroom,with fireplace. The second bedroom is a twin bed good for children,a living room with a sofa couch bed that will sleep two. Guest will have everything they need for a nice stay. Everything is brand new. Washer and dryer ice maker large refrigerator, dishes washer. Bathroom with full shower. Everything is provided for you pots and pans towels was rags it’s easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Lake nearby with great fishing, hunting for out outside we have a fire pit and you can enjoy the sunset. That is why it is called Special Place.

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip! Donna couldn’t have been nicer or more communicative. She left candies and a sweet note for us, and had the cutest decorative choices. This was our first stay in a tiny home, and definitely will not be our last!
