This freshly renovated 1 Bedroom home offers a private and peaceful space to explore St Albans and the Champlain Valley. Equipped with every amenity you will need to enjoy a stay from 1 night to a full month, we strive to provide you with a clean, functional, and relaxing space to experience everything Vermont has to offer.

The Space:
The home is located in the rear of a lot shared with a larger house (also owned by us), it's very private and set well back from the road with a spacious off street parking lot. The interior is open and with lots of windows supplying natural light. The 2 story home has the kitchen, bathroom, and living room on the ground floor, and the master bedroom is located up a single flight of carpeted stairs. The basement, accessible off the bathroom, has a washer dryer available for exclusive guest use.

Guest Access:
Access is via a front door, up a few steps, with a digital keypad lock.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located on Fairfield Street in St Albans, a short drive from i89, and an easy walk both from North Western Medical center (just up the street) downtown St Albans and the passport office (just down the street)
