The front desk really made it a point to make things right. The bed was a memory foam bed which my husband and I found uncomfortable but the front desk really made it an issue to fix it for us as soon as they knew

Nice clean room. It was small but we made it work. Staff were helpful and considerate. Good variety for breakfast. Great recommendation for dinner near by.

Good hotel for price. Friendly staff, clean. We have stayed there about 8 times and never had any problems . Its an old motel thats been totally renovated.

The room was clean but very outdated. The AC unit was extremely loud. The shower was good but everything else was old. There was only 1 towel in the room. There was supposed to be ample parking for trailers but it was very tight. Another guest had blocked most of the entrance/exit ( don't know if that was with permission). For the price and the higher pet fee charged. I won't be returning. I'm surprised that Wyndham associates their name and brand with this class of motel.

Beware! Within seconds of booking this hotel, I realised that I had mistakenly entered the wrong dates. The hotel would not adjust the dates or consider a refund. I see this as a reason avoid supporting a business that is so unyielding with their cancellation policy. They even ignored any attempt from Expedia to resolve the booking situation.

After a poor experience the night before at a Travelodge in Drummondville I was hesitant about staying at another one. What a complete difference in everything at the Grand Falls location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, as was the bed. If I had any complaints I wouldn't have made a reservation to stay here again on our way home, which I did.
