Easter Kincaple Farmhouse, St. Andrews is a traditional family farmhouse designed to meet the needs of families, golf parties, and groups of friends or colleagues looking to escape to St. Andrews and the surrounding countryside.
What we’re offering at Easter Kincaple Farmhouse:
A fully furnished two-story farmhouse with beautiful woodwork, cornicing, and a wide staircase. The house has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. A spacious farmhouse kitchen benefits from an Aga, snug with wood burner, a bright and airy large living room with an open fire, a large dining room, and an office space that has been made into the seventh bedroom. The property now has various new additions to make the space highly functional for guests.
The house sleeps 14 adults, with an additional two people in a twin day bed. There is a travel cot that can be requested when booking.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Twin/Super King – This is the largest of the bedrooms, offering a daybed that sleeps two, with views over the gardens and rolling fields.
Bedroom 2: Twin/Super King – A smaller but perfectly formed room with garden and countryside views.
Bedroom 3: Twin/Super King – A lovely large room with ample space for a cot, and a beautiful view of the farmland. This room now has an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4: Twin/Super King – The master suite, spacious and boasting views of the sea and the famous golf courses of St. Andrews, with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 5: King – A lovely suite with garden views and an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 6: Twin/Super King – Located on the ground floor, providing easy access for the elderly or disabled, with an en-suite shower room and sea views towards St. Andrews.
Bedroom 7: The former downstairs office has been converted into a comfortable double bedroom, situated along the corridor from the kitchen. Next to this bedroom and the laundry room is a brand-new shower room, offering additional convenience for guests.
The house has seven shower/bathrooms, with four en-suite to bedrooms and three shared bathrooms.
A new access to the garden has been created, taking you from the house out to the patio area and the stunning garden grounds. The house has the most wonderful large garden with a tennis court-sized lawn, drying green, and many colourful flowerbeds. There is a patio outside the kitchen’s bi-folding doors where you’ll find ample seating and a large charcoal BBQ
There is ample car parking for six cars.
We are delighted to welcome you with your K9 friends (subject to an additional charge) and as long as there aren’t more than two big dogs in the party.
