We loved this condo! The owners checked in on us often to see if we needed anything. The condo was so clean and up to date. It was a fantastic experience. So close to the beach and a quick ride to downtown. We can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great time!!!

This condo is just as pictured- very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Access to the beach is just a short walk away and the condo has 2 nice pools available. Adding a few adult size beach chairs would be nice but we made so with what was available! Host is very responsive. Made college move-in an enjoyable week with the family!

Fabulous condo

The condo is just as pictured, and comes equipped with everything you may need. The location is convenient to everything, and you can even walk to several restaurants. The owner is very responsive and helpful. They even mailed back a pair of shoes that were left. We would definitely book again. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay, look no farther

Nice condo, beautiful peach, lovely pool

This nice condo features 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, and a really well stocked kitchens. The access to the beach is a bit long, so a beach wagon is a must . The condo has a beach wagon (we brought our own) beach chairs and toys. We cooked in the kitchen part of the time, but it's also close to restaurants. The elevator is at the end of the walkway away from the parking lot. We had trouble finding it. It was comfortable and lots of fun. When we played games at night, we had to use a beach chair to accomodate the 5 of us. But there are plenty of places to eat.

50th Birthday college friends trip!

We loved the condo and our stay in beautiful St. Augustine. The combo was impeccably clean and the location to the pool and the beach was perfect. We had so much fun and will certainly return!

Great stay and location!

The property was very nice. Huge balcony! The 3 bedrooms allowed us enough space so everyone could be on whatever sleep schedule they wanted. The condo was well appointed. The mornings could be kept as dark as you wanted with the blinds etc. plenty of good lighting in the condo. Everything worked. We used the Smart TV in the living room without any problems. There were TVs in all bedrooms but we did not use those.Great view of the lagoon pool. Easy walk to the beach past the second pool. It was nice being able to see the ocean from the front door. The pools seemed to be cleaned each morning. The landscaping around the property was very nice. You can tell that is important to the owners/association. The location was great. Easy drive to the restaurants around the pier area as well as to the south about a half mile to Publix. Communication was prompt and 2 small questions were answered quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Getaway!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. Close to great restaurants, quick beach access, super clean and cozy! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet so much that we extended our stay. The owner was quick to respond and graciously hosted our stay.

Weekend getaway for family wedding

Great location and perfect for what our family needed. Pools and beach access plus a storage room/laundry room with beach chairs. Condo was clean and bright with open concept and big balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen and bedrooms updated. Check in and out easy and communication with vrbo management timely. Would recommend updating showers in both bathrooms as it has some cracked tiles that were repaired and the shower head is loose in hallway bathroom. Plus water pressure was low. Also would recommend providing additional water bottles 1 per guest. We had 7 people and only 2 waters provided. Just small issues. That being said we had a great weekend and would definitely stay again.

Best area for Saint Augustine!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. I’ve stayed in these condos a few times as I have other family that own a condo here. The two pools were absolutely amazing. The beach is right there! This is my favorite beach in Florida.. we were only a group of four, but I could see a bigger group being very comfortable here. We spent every morning having breakfast on the extra large patio. The elevators were very convenient when we went to the beach with all of our gear. We did have issues with the heat and air conditioning. When we would leave the apartment it would be 76 when we returned. A little uncomfortable. Other than that, I would highly recommend this condo. It was pretty perfect.

Perfect week

We had two families- 4 adults and 5 children and it was perfect for us. The three bedrooms made it feel spacious. The kitchen had all the essentials including coffee! Bonus: beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagon were available for us to use! Washer and dryer came in handy so we didnt have to pack as much clothes. The daytime temps were mid 70s so the heated pool was perfect. The pool by the beach was very nice and pretty scenery but the water was too cold for us to swim. We would definitely stay at this condo again if we come back to SAB!
