Amazing place! Truly steps from the beach! The pool and hot tub were great. Very comfy beds and there were lots of beach/pool items in the garage. Need a sun hat?-they have it for you. Floaty? Say no more, it’s there for you. Beach towels? They have plenty. It was wonderful!

Just simply incredible!

The pictures don't do this house justice; you have to see it to believe it! The location is outstanding and the house itself needs nothing, it is so well equipped. The pool was an incredible addition since we stayed here a couple of years ago. The whole stay at this house was so great, from the booking, to the check in, to the stay. Communication along the way was great, we always had the information we needed. This property is PERFECT as was our stay here!!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was five adults, two children under 2, 4 other children ranging from 3-11. It was plenty of room/space for all of us. The features in the home were great. Back patio and pool area was amazing along with the short walking distance to the pool. All in all one of our favorite spots for a week long beach trip!

Awesome house

We had a great stay. The house was perfect. You could not ask for a better location. It was literally right across the street from the beach with great views. The pool and hot tub were amazing; and the hot tub actually heats up really quick. The 4 bedrooms were all on the middle floor along with 3 bathrooms. It was great for our group of 8 adults. The main living space is on the 3rd floor, so get ready for some steps. The house has beach supplies like chairs and umbrellas along with pool supplies which really came in handy. The location is close enough to St Augustine and many other attractions. The host was very responsive and took care of all our requests. We will be back

Absolutely perfect!

There was plenty of space for our eight family members. The house was perfectly cleaned, and communication with the owner was top-notch. The house is beautiful, and we loved the ocean views from the top floor. We’ve rented a lot of homes through VRBO, and I believe this was our very favorite one. We would definitely try to rent this home again the next time we’re in St. Augustine. Thanks so much for a super fun weekend!

Everything was as listed. We had a wonderful time but we were always on the go so little time to enjoy the house. Coffee on the porch and being able to see the ocean was wonderful. My only draw back was the stairs. We are in good shape so it was okay if not those stairs would have been a chore for us. We definitely will go back.

Highly recommend! Love this house!

We rented this house for our annual St. Augustine Beach family vacation (six adults and two young children), and we absolutely LOVED it. The location is great; just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. The house is exactly as described, and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. Pretty much everything was provided, including beach chairs, toys, a wagon, beach towels, all the toiletries and even some sunscreen, blow dryers — we had to bring very little. Communication was A+! We were delayed arriving in Florida due to a hurricane, and the managers worked with us to adjust our dates, which was so appreciated! Any questions we had during our stay were immediately answered via text message. We can't recommend this house enough!

Atlantic Vista Beach House

House was great, views were spectacular! Everything you need in the house, wagon, chairs, beach towels, games. Easy access to the beach, short walk! Plenty of room in and outside the house!! We Couldn't have asked for a better host or house. Having a beautiful home to relax in within walking distance to the beach was very helpful after being the victim of a MVA on the morning after arriving. Great House close to the beach

Great property. Living area on the third floor gave you a great view of the ocean. Place was updated and had everything you need. The public access to the beach which is just used for the neighborhood is only two houses away and super convenient. Neighborhood is quiet and you are on the beach side of A1A. Great house. Get away

Quiet area. Comfortable house. Could use some upkeep. Batteries in smoke detectors should be changed annually. They need replacement. Towels need refreshing. Cleaning service before was not great. Dirty sheets on one bed and sticky surfaces in kitchen. Just looked a little dirty. Great games and beach stuff was appreciated which we used daily. Lots of spaces to enjoy in and outside.
