There were some pluses. The mattress and pillows were comfortable however, the bedspread was dirty in a couple of places and had not been washed. Even after my usual habit of spraying disinfectant on everything, the room smelled so bad that we decided to leave after one day. The odor seemed like it came from the air conditioning itself. Traffic was LOUD (bring a loud fan if you try to stay here). Reviews repeatedly mentioned roaches (I noticed too late) so I was a bit paranoid, but never saw a bug. The floor in the room was definitely clean (I checked with a damp towel). The water pressure was terrible.

Nice and quiet place. No issues at all. I saw bad reviews on google about bugs but I never saw any the entire 3 nights I was there. Friendly staff and would definitely stay there again. Good pricing and good location.

Housekeeping needs to take further action to small details. There was a huge spider web in the corner of the room with a dead roach hanging in it. Although we did not see and signs of live bugs anywhere it just showed that the housekeeping team cuts corners and does the bare minimum. Linens were clean but I didn’t feel that the surfaces were sanitary.

The outside of the property was a bit rough, but the room itself was very nice. Clean, nicely renovated and unexpected comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The stay was a good value, once you get past the exterior it met our expectations as an inexpensive night stay.
