Overall, it was just an okay experience. The hotel itself is simple and perfectly fine if you just need a place to sleep, but there’s nothing special or memorable about it. The front desk staff was the biggest disappointment. They didn’t seem to have any real hospitality training, not friendly, not welcoming and their interactions felt very dry and indifferent. A warmer, more professional approach would make a big difference for guests checking in and out after a long day. The room was clean and functional, so it served its purpose, but if you’re looking for something charming or with standout service, this may not be the best option.

They didn’t go far enough with the renovations. I paid a good price expecting a comfortable room but that didn’t happen. The bathroom door doesn’t close. In order to get some privacy,we had to prop something up against it to keep it from coming open. The bedding is old. Instead of being white, it was grey. The shower is slippery yet no shower mat is provided. I won’t be returning there.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast and coffee excellent and the location couldn't have been better for downtown activities and the beach. I highly recommend them.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room service was efficient, and the food was of good quality. The bar on the scene has a variety of drinks. It's a convenient and walkable location in the quieter part of the city.
