1) The hotel is pet-friendly. However, I observed multiple spots of dog waste on the beach near the lifeguard station. 2) For the $40-per-night mandatory valet parking, I did not feel comfortable. One night my car was left unlocked, and I only discovered it because my car app notified me so I could lock it remotely. Although I didn’t have many valuables inside, the few items I had were worth more than the nightly valet fee. Additionally, my wife and I had to walk through the parking garage while a light green BMW sped past us at an unsafe speed. It felt unnecessary and genuinely dangerous. The behavior immediately reminded us of the well-known valet scene in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, where the attendants take a guest’s Ferrari for a reckless joyride. We certainly hope that was not the case here, but the resemblance was concerning.

Rocky check in, paid for a top floor, ocean view, balcony room, received a bottom level room that smelled of a dog, AC not working, and view of the parking lot. Then received a room reflecting what I paid for only to find out there were other guest’s luggage when I entered the room. it took the restaurant hostess, Kelly B, to speak with the check in agent to get me squared away with my correct room.

The suite was incredibly spacious. It was clean and comfortable. They offer complimentary evening reception and breakfast. The only surprise was the $40 valet, since you can’t park your car.

The property was very worn. The doors were not flush to the jam leaving a large gap that you could actually see in. The condition of furniture was chipped and scratched and really needed to be replace. Lots of patch ups in the wall and the curtains had stains that I didn’t want to no what it was. On the bright side…the beds were comfortable

We didn’t pay for a beach front view. Even beach front is far from the beach. We got a nice view of the slab coving the valet parking. No self parking and around $50 a night valet parking plus tips. A nice hotel for meetings if the company pays for it. Air conditioning is loud in room.
