Destination Family Wedding

This house is perfectly located, close to everything. Check in was easy. Host was accommodating and property manager was always responsive. The house is beautiful as photos show. Elevator great for bringing luggage and for guests with joint issues. The beach so close and beautiful. Kids loved the game room as did adults. We were sad to leave but look forward to going back!

Anniversary family trip

Celebrated 45th anniversary with grown kids and grands. This was perfect! Just the right distance to walk easily back and forth from beach and the pool was awesome for the stormy afternoons. Lots of pool toys and kitchen stocked great! And seeing the fireworks in comfort of the de is were great!

The house was wonderful! Very well kept and you couldnt beat the location. The pool was very clean and the kids were using it constantly when they werent at the beach. Any communication I had with the property manager was handled in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend

The house was perfect for our mini family vacation. Very easy walk to the beach. Plenty of everything we needed for 4 days of family fun and relaxing. The house was cleaned well and we enjoyed the ping pong table, shuffle board table in the garage. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Another Great Stay

We have stayed on the island numerous times and keep coming back to this location and this house. Great area to get to downtown St. Augustine, walk to great food and bars and easy access to the beach-at the end of the street. The house is beautiful, has easy check in/check out, great amenities and managing staff was easy to communicate with when we had any questions. We will definitely rent this property again.

This was our first time to St. Augustine and we absolutely loved your house! It was easy to find, close to the beach, the layout was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool, all the decks and the elevator. Other aspects we enjoyed were the large island in the beautiful kitchen. Thanks for providing beach chairs as well.

Perfect house with a great location!

We absolutely loved it! It’s a lovely home, spacious and comfortable! Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked. The beds were super comfortable! The walk to the beach was super easy and of course the beach is spectacular. The pool was nice and private-loved it. I honestly didn’t think we’d use the pink pong table or shuttle board but we had such a fun time with those! We loved that we could walk to restaurants. The Beachcomber was a favorites from years ago and we were thrilled when we found we could walk there in no time. We also enjoyed shopping at the little surf shop across the street. We all had a great time. Thank you! Looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect getaway home for families

This home far exceeded our expectations. The pictures look amazing already but once you arrive on property and step inside you will see just how special this beautifully decorated home is. We had two families with a total of 5 children ranging from age 2 to 11 and everyone in our group loved the home. The owners and property manager were all so friendly and easy to get ahold of when needed. Plenty of space for everyone to relax for a week without feeling on top of each other, game room was a hit, pool was perfect for unwinding on day 1 and after long days at the beach. Even with a hurricane threatening our trip, we were more than happy to have this spacious home to hang out in. Super easy walk to the beach on nice days, very short drive to grocery store, plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, and a quick drive to all the tourists attractions. We can’t wait to go back.

Incredible!

This house is 5 stars but I would give it 6 if I could. Perfect for our group. The kids couldn't decide what they loved more - the pool, garage games, or the beach! The adults loved the comfort of the home, all the porches, and special touches. The beach access was so convenient. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. We were very thankful for the responsiveness of the property manager as well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
