Amazing stay

Our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Beach access is across the street and was about a 3 minute walk. Very nice places to eat within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel. Convenient location, staff very nice and helpful. , nice rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good and great service. Only issue was toilet tissue was not changed out to new rolls and both rolls used and almost empty. Had to request additional towels since housekeeping only comes every other day. Overall wonderful stay.

I booked my room through Expedia, which was a mistake because they messed up my check in date. However Matthew was working at the desk and spent over an hour on the phone and on hold and helping me get the problem resolved. He had a great attitude and was super friendly. In addition to his excellent service the building and room was very nice and clean. My wife had joined me on a business trip in Jacksonville and we were ending the week with a little vacation in Saint Augustine. The Hilton in Jacksonville was horrible and it was nice to stay in such a nice place afterwards. I highly recommend the Hilton in Saint Augustine.

Very Nice Hotel

We like this hotel very much. We have stayed here many times before. It is so convenient to drive in and out from this location, and it is right across the street from the beach. There are many places to shop and eat. The staff is polite, and the room is clean. We did not get to enjoy it for the second night. We had to leave one day early, but I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone that likes to tour downtown, St. Augustine and also get a chance to enjoy the beach.

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St Augustine Beach. The hotel and room were extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location is right across the street from the beach which is great for parking, along with a delicious donut shop across the street as well.
