Clean, quiet, ocean-front condo

My mother and I stayed here for 3 days/4 nights in June, 2025. The check in process was seamless. We both expressed that we have never stayed in a more clean, comfortable rental. From the decor to the cleanliness, this condo was a perfect place to stay. It is about 1.5 miles from the Matazas inlet and about 25 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The property grounds were lovely. The balcony was comfortable in the afternoon as it is shaded and there is a nice breeze blowing from the ocean.Two things to note: there is no elevator so you must climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo. And parking was limited close to the condo, but there is ample parking.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
