Beach Escape est une maison de 3 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain situĂ©e Ă  2 rues du magnifique sable de St Augustine Beach! Votre Ă©vasion commence lorsque vous entrez dans cette vieille maison rĂ©novĂ©e de Floride sur un joli terrain privĂ©. Une fois que vous arrivez, vous ne voudrez peut-ĂȘtre jamais partir! Le grand coin salon carrelĂ© avec un canapĂ© confortable et un panneau plat vous mĂšne dans la cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pouvant accueillir 6 personnes dans le coin repas. Juste aprĂšs la cuisine, vous trouverez un autre espace de vie avec portes françaises menant Ă  une cour arriĂšre privĂ©e avec terrasse en bois et arbres fruitiers. Au bout du couloir se trouve la chambre principale qui a 1 lit Queen avec une salle de bain complĂšte, la 2Ăšme chambre a 1 lit Queen, la 3Ăšme chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux avec une autre salle de bain complĂšte dans le couloir. Garage pour 2 voitures et carport pour 1 voiture complĂštent la maison! Un petit chien (25 lb ou moins) peut ĂȘtre autorisĂ© avec l'autorisation prĂ©alable et moyennant des frais pour l'animal. Assez proche pour ĂȘtre lĂ  mais assez loin pour s'Ă©chapper!

Family time

We really enjoyed the spacious house where we also brought our fur babies! The location was great, a few minute walk to the beach, resteraunts, beach bar, and putt-putt golf!! We will definaltely consider this house for another visit.

Perfect beach location

Loved the location-2 blocks to beach. Walked it everyday, baby in tow. Super spacious, check in and out was a breeze. Loved that they had little shampoos/conditioners for guests. All the linens and bedrooms/bathrooms super clean (always a fear of mine). Our stay was booked last minute, so we were happy to find accommodations near beach available for Labor Day weekend-the hubby was disappointed to see a “hot tub” sign out back but no hot tub and he also was disappointed no king size bed or tvs in the bedrooms, but that is just a dude’s neediness I think. We did find the deck unsafe for baby, but who cares with beach so close? Loved they had beach chairs, umbrellas for guests to use at beach, plus some toys for baby. The bicycles in garage would have been nice but tires flat. If traveling with kiddos, bring a beach wagon and/or sun shade tent (made that mistake our first trip to water with the babes)

Great place close to the beach

The ease of check in and check out was great. Were not able to check in early because of business we had to attend to before leaving, but they would have let us since no one was just checking out that day. Much appreciated and wish we could have taken advantage of it.

Excellent property and location

Our stay was great. The property manager answered my question promptly and the location is great. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute ride to the historic district. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit St. Augustine

Lovely Escape

House was wonderful ...quiet neighborhood, lovely surroundings, casual and beachy yet not too fancy. Great location for beach access. Beds we're great, beach was great, great neighborhood cats to play with.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for my family of 6 ranging in age from 38 to 98! The 2 large family rooms gave us lots of room to spread out and not be crowded. It was very nice to have a garage and a garage opener! Lots of parking which is at a premium in the area and literally 2 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA (and we live just 2 hours down the coast)!

The location was great! The only problem we had was the dishwasher was broken. If we would have been told this in the beginning it probably wouldn't have been an issue. If we would have known, we probably would have booked something else. Who wants to wash dishes when you're on vacation? Even if they would have told us prior to check-in, we could have planned for paper plates. Playing off like they didn't know rubbed me the wrong way. My advice, make them promise each thing they say comes with this house is working. Don't assume anything! They actually ignored our issue with this. Like it didn't matter. House was great, property management, not so much!

Great beach house

This is a quaint little beach house with lots of room to enjoy the space. Good location near the beach, although crossing A1A can be cumbersome at times. Rental management company was very easy to work with and responsive if we had any questions or needs. It was unfortunate timing that the dishwasher had broken down right before our stay started and we had a plumbing issue, but things were addressed promptly and stuff like that happens.

Great house and location Kitchen frustrating; internet missing

The house is 2.5 blocks from the beach, but on a green quiet street; very pleasant. The deck and back yard are an oasis. However, first VRBO house were we were forbidden to use any beach chairs or boogie boards--? The internet did not work at all--the realtor group fixed that; that was frustratingly, though,for one member who had to work remotely. One rents VRBO houses for location, privacy and the capacity to cook. (Otherwise we could have gone to a hotel!) The coffee pot died mid visit and there were missing cooking utensils, like cutting boards, splatter screens, sharp knifes, a working peeler, and graters, as partial list. The realtor group was very responsive and I hope all these smaller details can be resolved. Very nice Florida house---good support from realtor managing group

Love the location

There was space for everyone. We had several family groups and the 2 living rooms really gave us lots of options with activities, some were on video games while others were in the other living room chatting and watching TV. Outside deck was very pleasant as well. What I really loved with its proximity to the beach. Just a short two block walk and you were on a beautiful stretch of beach. Super location to really good restaurants and activities. The kitchen is absolutely huge and you have four cooks in the kitchen, cooking Christmas dinner
 We needed every square inch! We all agreed that we were definitely come back again!
