Sandpiper 103 - A Few Steps to Beach
Spectacular views of the ocean and pool from your balcony! This flat is located on the ground floor close to the beach access. Fully furnished with new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, Corian counters, 3 TV's. This unit is on the south side of our complex with Northern Exposure. Upgraded guest bedroom with a full and twin bed. A new look to the master bedroom and pull out sofa for the extra guest. Designated WifI and washer/dryer in unit.
The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck. Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach.
