The room was clean, but could use updating. Breakfast was not as quality as other Holiday Inn Express hotels we've stayed at. There were no toppings for yogurt, the cinnamon rolls were stale, and there was only one flavor of muffin available and the pancake machine wasn't working. The coffee was good, though. Our room was RIGHT next to the busy road, and we could hear road noise all night. The hot tub was also out of order when we were there. We would have liked to use it after a long day of driving. The desk clerks were not as friendly as we would have hoped, but they got the job done efficiently. We normally depend on Holiday Inn Express hotels for a clean and quality stay, however, if we return to St Augustine, we'll probably try out another hotel.

The room was very clean and clearly a very good renovation. The rooms are not nearly sound proofed, so neighboring rooms can hear what is said. Traffic noise can be heard in street side rooms, but wasn't an issue for sleeping. Bed was comfortable.Breakfast was pretty good. The oatmeal could have been a bit thicker. Coffee was decent. Parking was easy.
