Absolutely perfect! Host was very responsive to questions before booking and during stay. The house was roomy, clean comfortable with unobstructed views of the beach and dunes from each of the balconies AND from the hot tub! The private walkway to the beach was amazing and made for quick access to see the sunrise and walks by the ocean! The elevator was key for loading in and made access to the floors easier for my disabled Aunt. Definitely highly recommend if your looking for all of the above!

The house was lovely. Sunrise was worth getting up early every day! The weather was cold but the hot tub warmed us up. All the furniture and beds were comfy. Bathrooms were spacious. One day our group rode up to St. Augustine, which was only about 20 minutes away. Overall, the house made the get-together that much more special!

We have stayed a lot of places in the St. Augustine area and this one is now our FAVORITE by far!!! Everything you could want in a beach house vacation. Stunning views, wonderful amenities, easy beach access, great location, and very very CLEAN! Host communication was excellent. 5/5 stars for sure.

We had a wonderful week. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of the following: The hot tub was broken; one of the garage doors was broken; the outdoor porches, doors, windows, shower, and porch ceilings need a good pressure washing-they are extremely dirty. The beach paraphernalia was plentiful which was great. Whomever I was texting was extremely responsive when we had an A/C issue and check in and out instructions where very clear. The listing says it’s a private walkway to the beach but they actually share it with a very nice neighbor who starts weedeating and watering his grass around 7am each morning so I was caught off guard about that and him parking his bike on the walkway. For our family of 12 having only two showers was not enough. We loved having the top balcony too look out over the ocean with no access for kids to get off the porch. It’s a little scary because it’s plastic railings not wood and they didn’t seem very sturdy. We just had to make sure our kids didn’t get to close. There is a huge table on the porch and we enjoyed eating there. All and all very nice property.

Wonderful location, literally steps to the beach. Location cannot be beat! We wanted something laid-back and a beach that was not crowded, and we got it! Stayed with myself, my husband, and our three children ages 7 to 12 years, and it was perfect. We needed a fully stocked kitchen due to food allergies, and we had everything we needed.

True Oceanfront Escape

The house was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is well maintained and very comfortable. We utilized both decks daily. We had everything we needed inside the house. There was a gorgeous view from both decks. Location was wonderful. The elevator was just icing on the cake. We had a fantastic time and will be returning to rent this house again.

Winter escape

I stayed at the property for a month during the winter. Location is great, very easy to navigate the area. The house is a rental, so there are always signs of wear, it could use a bit of a paint refresh and a bit of TLC on the landscaping but that’s not what most people will focus on. I was there for a decent period of time, so I saw it. The access to the beach is fantastic and it’s one of the prettiest beaches you’ll see. The management company was fantastic, they were so helpful to me anytime I had a question and even came up with cool ideas for things to do locally. I would definitely rent this home again.

Pleasant stay

To start the hot tub was not functional during the stay and I was notified the day prior to arrival . My wife was a bit upset. The home is well kept and clean. We enjoyed the private beach access. No issues with anything. Sams club is a ways away but expected. No EV charger outlet (30a-50a) in garage. Charging at another location is necessary if needed. Bring paper towels and TP if staying more than 2 days . Check in and check out was simple. Be prepared to pay if checking out late.

Perfectly relaxing

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was beautiful and spacious. There was enough room for the family to be together and have personal space. The view from every room was spectacular! Close enough to town to enjoy but far enough not to be disturbed. We look forward to staying here again!
