Some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. Was dealing with a medical issue and they were so patient and considerate. Always my first choice when visiting St. Augustine.

Best HOTEL EVERRRRR!!!!

I am blown away of how amazing this spot is. I dont even know where to begin, the place looks like something that you might think twice about staying but trust me its the best ive stayed at. The staff is over the top welcoming and make you feel like your a family member. Super polite and helpful. I stayed in the honeymoon suite and WOW WOW WOW, its perfect. Absolutely perfect. Clean and didnt have that hotel smell. I felt like I left my house and came back home with different furniture. You Have good shampoos and soaps, dishes, pots & pans, cable TV, quite, & clean. Not to mention the tub that is perfect for a couple to have a glass of wine and some bubbles and just relax. If your into walking a few blocks your not far at all from downtown. Ubers are $6 to $8 bucks if you dont want to walk. This is such an under rated spot, I swear DONT HESITATE AND JUST BOOK YOUR STAY!!! Hotels around the area are going to charge you an arm and leg because they are Brand Names but your not going to have the same treatment you get at the Cozy Inn. Im already placing the rest of my vacations to stay there. Thanks Alexis for helping out and giving me recommendations for sites around the area. See you all soon. Stay blessed.

We have stayed here many b times over the years. The rooms are small, but immaculate. The suites across the street are mostly newly renovated, and still on the small side, but much nicer and less expensive than single rooms in equivalent hotels. Be prepared for a bit of a walk to get to things, but we don’t find it too bad. The staff are extremely cooperative, offering us different, nicer rooms when available. We love Cozy Inn!

Adorable and affordable.

It’s within walking distance of downtown, the bed was quite comfortable, and once the door is closed, you can’t hear anything at all from outside. The inn is absolutely adorable and very clean. If you want a romantic, quiet trip, this is the place. And the price is very reasonable.

The room had a refrigerator wirh freezer, microwave and coffee maker. A small table with chairs to sit and enjoy a snack. The room and shower were clean and soap, shampoo provided. They cleaned the room both days we were there.

Este lugar está nice, es limpio, acogedor y perfecto para una corta estadía si vas a visitar St. Augustine. Un detalle muy importante a considerar es el baño, el mismo es algo pequeño. Cuenta con agua caliente muy rica pero la llave de la ducha no es lo suficientemente ajustable para evitar la multitud de agua en el espacio tan pequeño. La cama y las almohadas son cómodas y el estacionamiento es amplio. Su ubicación es céntrica y en el área encuentras opciones para desayunos, almuerzos y cenas. Sin duda alguna volvería a seleccionar este lugar para hospedarme.
