I've probably stayed at the Cozy Inn a dozen times over the past 10 years. Although always "pleased" our last visit was less pleasing than those of the past. Time to upgrade / improve some of the minor things like; kitchen items (as we normally stay in one of their suites) and TV's (remotes are so old they're sticky). We will stay again and hopefully see some improvement. They have a great asset, just need to protect their reputation and make some minor changes.

This little renovated "old Florida" hotel is just outside the historic district. They even had the old fashioned "Sanitized for your Protection" strips on the toilet seat. I found a great Italian restaurant nearby whose name I don't remember but I do remember the great piano bar at the restaurant filled with sociable locals.

Clean, quiet and definitely COZY. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very close to historical area and tours, restaurants and shopping. Just a few minutes drive to all. Will absolutely stay here when we come back. Recommend to everyone. Their Christmas light trolley tours start the middle of November. They were already decorating for them. Will definitely be back for them.

I was really disappointed. From the pictures I thought we would be staying in some older cottages. What we got was a renovated apartment. There was no mention that this was a two story with fifteen steps to the bed and bath. The staff goes off duty at 9 and our smoke detector started beeping around 11 that night. I hit it a couple of times with my fist and it stopped. They changed the batteries the next day. You will need to bring water to drink because the water is terrible. This will not be a play I will stay again.
