The HVAC system made a loud grilling sound through out the time. When expressing the issue, they offered to switch rooms, the other rooms had similar issues but not as bad. There were issue with with smell as well. Shower faucets were broken in both rooms. Def needs a few repairs but otherwise okay

The property is absolutely beautiful, very lush and green with lots of grass and big trees, our room had a balcony overlooking the pool and it’s so pretty. The staff is super friendly, the girl at the front was so welcoming and made the check in super easy. I think her name was Aly? Nice spot for sure

Property appearance was excellent until approached the room. Room door looked like someone had tried to break in. Was supposed to be a roll in shower and grab bar near toilet. Shower had a step over of 3 to 4 inches and floor was slick. no toilet grab bar. I have a broken ankle using walker, so this made the stay more challenging. Please, for others like me, do not advertise rooms features that are not there. I was able to manage, but others may not be able to.

For the price of the hotel—we had to pay for parking, for breakfast. Our room wasn’t made up for our second stay. Members of our group were registered for extra day. One reservation was lost and they had to stay in a smoking room with no a/c. And the ventilation irritated my allergies. If this was a $100 hotel I’d have no complaints.

I stayed here for a single night with my 10 year old son. While it's clear this used to be a luxury property, it's in need of a bit of updating and maintenance. With that said, I'd happily stay here again. The breakfast was great, the staff were great, and it's a convenient location just off I-95, but set back enough that it doesn't feel that way. It's a real shame that the World Golf Village and Golf Hall of Fame couldn't find a way to stay open in St. Augustine. All the shops and the Imax are closed. Luckily Caddyshack (next door to the hotel) seems to still be going strong, and the golf courses are still well maintained. Too bad the Challenge Hole is also no more. Hopefully that area can be re-developed into something as amazing as the WGV was when it first opened and this hotel can have, well, a renaissance.

Air conditioner did not work, fist night they had someone fixed it, it worked for a few hours then quit working again. Second night we changed rooms after my husband demanded a new room
