The good: the linens/towels were clean, countertops/furniture tops were clean as well. The room was nice and quiet. The bad: the vacuuming was poorly done and the shower curtain was obviously in need of a wash. There was also some older looking graffiti on a back corner of the building, faded enough that there has been a decent span of time in which it could have been dealt with. This, paired with the fact that the room had a generally well worn look to it, were unappealing.

Needs better housekeeping

The rooms was not very clean, toilet was dirty, spider webs throughout the room, it was dusty. Hallway smelled like mildew.

My room was spacious and clean! It was a getaway for the family and the hot tub/jacuzzi was broke and that is part of adult relaxation on family getaways.

Property is very conveniently located and walkable to many destinations. The hotel didn’t have sufficient blankets or towels, even after requesting them for multiple days. We asked for fresh towels repeatedly, and were told the towels hadn’t been laundered, which was frustrating.

This was a decent place to stay. It was clean, but our bedroom could've used a deep cleaning (the bedroom walls and vents were very dusty). The bathroom was clean and well stocked as was the kitchen. The carpeted areas could be updated with new flooring. Overall, we were pleased and would stay here again.

If the TV had worked properly, either one. It would have been a very good stay. The front desk guy had to get a remote censor, it was missing from the TV. Then some of the time you could change the channel. I gave up trying to change channels and it was on sunday am kids cartoon so I shut the TV off, about 10 minutes later TV came on by itself at least it was a news station. We had trouble with changing channels on both TV’s.
