Great location and this townhouse slept everyone in our party comfortably. The amenities are ok. If you plan on cooking, bring your own knives and spices. The knives here suck⊠seriously the worst. As a heads up⊠there is a farm behind the house and the animals are loud and smelly. Pretty much what youâd expect from a farm, but if you are a light sleeper or require silence for sleeping, you may want to look elsewhere. Be aware that the pool is close from October to March.
Great property. Small driveway for a 15 passenger van. But it worked. Roosters crowing from the backyard wall was not pleasant at 5:30 in the morning. Great space for many to sleep.
Very clean, plenty of space. We hard only 3 adults, but it could easily hold a large family or 2small families. Plenty of local restaurants within 10-20 min drive. Would definitely stay again
The night we got there the couch broke looks like lower end furniture that is not conformable. Most of the guests had to sit on bar stools or on the floor.Everyone that stayed with us complained about the beds.
The place was very clean and everything was in great condition. Inside the house was perfect for our family.
The only downside was the loud rooster that woke me up everyday at 5:30.
Great property. Seemed to have everything you would need. Easy to check in and check out. Weâll definitely look to book next time we are in St. George.
We came down for a Thanksgiving trip with our family. I really wanted to give a five star review, but the unit is directly behind a large farm with many animals. The roosters were horrible and would often start at 4 AM. The smell of the farm, and the flies were also a nuisance. The kids wish there was a hot tub near the pool and I think once all of the units are built out, it will be impossible to get on the Pickleball court. It was really clean and well-maintained. Everything else about the day was great.
