When we checked into our room, two of the lamps did not have switches on them. We then discovered that there was no power in the outlets . The carpet was dirty, and when I called the front desk to let them know about not having power, the phone did not work. I went to the front desk to let them know and they seemed to have already known about. no power and immediately gave us a key to the room next-door. The room next-door was OK but the handle in the shower and the plumbing for the hot and cold water was reversed. There was a dresser to hold the flatscreen TV and there was a desk in the room, but there were no side tables to place our suitcases on. There weren’t any foldable suitcase holders in the closet either that we could’ve taken out to set our suitcases on. There was a floor lamp that was unplugged in the room and when we plugged it in, it did not work. The siding on the outside of the hotel walking up to the second floor looked like it had been damaged and then patches of siding were nailed into those damaged areas. Very tacky.

The staff was lovely. The shower was permanently stained and was damaged in places, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast was lacking. After 3 days of a breakfast consisting of a waffle and an orange we chose to eat elsewhere for the last morning.

We were going to Zion NP with a small group of friends. Breakfast was basic, but did the job! 25 minute drive to Zion NP. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. We checked out and kept our luggage at Ramada for a few additional hours while we hiked and they were super accommodating! Check out can be done online, very simple. The rooms themselves were clean—no bed bugs like other posts. The AC was amazing though super loud at night. For the cost and location, would absolutely recommend! Dollar store, gas station super close, Walmart 10 min away. We did have refrigerator and microwave which helped us save money on food/drinks!

I’m shocked this hotel has any good reviews. We *always* stay at budget hotels and have never seen anything this bad. We went to our room and looked around for a couple minutes and immediately went to ask for a refund due to unsafe and honestly scary issues with this stay. For starters, the lobby is extremely dirty. The white wall was stained, covered in grime and who knows what. The stairs were disgusting, the metal transition just caked with dirt and grime. Let’s talk about the room, the carpet was being torn up. There was unknown substance left on the chair. There were hair clumps left in the shower. The shower had TWO exposed wire openings, extremely unsafe!! The worst part was the window glass was detached and duct taped to the window frame! There were gaps opened to the outside! I’m absolutely appalled. To make matters worse, I was told by the front desk to reach out to Expedia for a refund. Expedia obviously had to reach out to Ramada to get approved to refund me and they still decided to charge me for my first night! This place should be shut down!

I stayed two nights with my family. Check in and out was easy. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the room needs a lot of work, there was a leak coming from the ceiling bathroom which looks it’s been there for a while. In the shower entry it seems that there were shower doors, they took it off, the holes and marks are still there. Also the sink, it was no in a good shape. The night we checked in, we were so tired that we didn’t want to complain or change rooms, we wanted to sleep. The next day we went very early to Zion and came back at night again so tired . The beds were not done. It did seem that the clean the bathroom, changed towels and gave new toiletries. The staff was nice, the morning that we went to Zion very early, they opened the buffet early so, we could get breakfast. That was very helpful and nice of them. The rest of our family stayed in the other side of the building and the rooms were nicer. Therefore, I would say it is ok for the price, but it needs work done.

The breakfast was good, room was comfortable, recently been basically renovated. We did not like having renovations taking place in the room next to us and not being informed by management. We had to actually ask management to stop the noise at 5.45pm at night and then the workman only moved a couple of rooms away. Not acceptable.
