I asked where the “Guest Laundry” was located and the girl told me “there is no laundry for the one bedrooms” another time I asked to have my used towels picked up and was told that they do not pick up towels until we check out. We had a weeks worth of used towels that we were told had to stay in the room. It’s very disgusting. They made us feel like second class people because we only rented a single bedroom. My husband and I are retired and don’t always travel with our kids. We didn’t need more than 1 bedroom but would have liked to wash our clothes. Needless to say, we will never be staying at that establishment again.

Happy sand hallow visit

Family was very happy with unit rented (5 - adults). Minor internet issue, fixed in minutes. Had a great 1st meal, so-so 2nd, & good 3rd meal over 2 days. They had very large golf tourney over same time. About 35-45 mins from Zion.

We loved sand hollow, the most comfortable bed ever, super friendly and courteous staff and the best food at their restaurant. We will definitely return...very pleased, liked it way more than our hotel room at Resorts by Hilton in Vegas.
