The price is for nightly vacation rental, Special weeks and holiday rentals will be more. Can sleep up to 9. With 3 beds, a queen blow up mattress and a pack n play for the little one. Master has a King bed. The other 2 rooms each have a queen. The gourmet kitchen is a dream; Double ovens, gas stove, lots of dishes and pans!
