When we arrived at 4:00 (check in) the office was closed. We called the office multiple times, hotels.com called them several times with no response for over an hour. I do realize that we were checking in on January 1 a holiday but we could've been sent instructions and contacted prior to our arrival. Check-in was at 4 o'clock and we had somewhere to be by 5 o'clock… villas at Southgate really put us in a bind. I will never book with these guys again.

We loved the spacious rooms. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location is nice with close proximity to the freeway and lots of shopping. The staff member who we talked to at check-in was very courteous and friendly.

Staff was helpful. Great rooms, very comfortable! Tubs were rusted around drain. Shower bar falling out of wall, bathroom vent cover hanging down. NOT for disabled! Sidewalks uneven, steep ramp or 17 steep steps in order to access room. Cavern like tiny space so-called outdoor space. Far from parking lot.

This was our favorite of all the houses, condo’s or hotels we have ever stayed in! The villas are well equipped, very spacious, and comfortable. The beds were good, which is a huge plus for me! If we happen to come back to play pickleball in the 2026 World Games, we will definitely be back!
