Great house with a lot of space. I love that it was directly on the beach and had great amenities on the patio to rinse after a beach day. Views from both living rooms were gorgeous. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook our meals. My 6yr old loved the foosball table and pacman game. We had zero issues to report during our stay which is always pleasant. This was our first stay in SGI and will definitely be back. My only complaint is the rug in the top/main living room needs to be replaced. It was extremely worn and if you sat on it you ended up with fibers all over your clothes and it created a mess all over the floor just from walking on it.

Such a beautiful property, on one of the most peaceful beaches in the world.

I really enjoyed staying here it was quiet and peaceful. The ocean is just a few short feet away from your condo.

Great for multiple families

This house is massive and well kept. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy views from every floor. Host and management company were both very responsive and addressed things quickly. The location can’t be beat being right on the water with kids. Highly recommend for family vacations!

Great house! Very comfortable and livable.

We had a great visit!! The property is located at the east end of the Island, very private!! Just a few short steps to the beach as well as the community pool. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Family fun on the gulf - great sunsets!

Beautiful location and property with everything you need. House was clean, comfortable and right on the beach. Big bedrooms and kitchen and plenty of parking. Our family enjoyed the beach all day and at night with a fire and smores. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay . House was great with lots of room to spread out and a beautiful view . Walk to the beach was so easy compared to where we have previously stayed on 30 A . St. George was peaceful and relaxing . The heated pool and elevator were a great asset as well !

Fantastic Property

We loved this place. Came for a couple days and this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Love the view from the balcony, the kitchen, the master, and the large seating area. The master bathroom is nice and plenty big for 2. The greatroom up top is really a nice touch.

Great Stay

The house and location is perfect. Enjoyed a relaxing Spring Break. It would be nice to have some beach chairs for those guest that fly in. We ended up buying some and leaving them at the house. Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful beach front property. Loved the location near the State Park, as the beach was very quiet. Liked the gated community as well as the pool and property amenities. Appreciated no beach restrictions, as we have experienced on other beaches. Property was very clean yet very dated. Very well stocked yet carpeting, area rugs, and furnishings were worn and dirty. Although we have booked many vacations through VRBO, this was our first experience where we received booking and confirmation information through THREE different management companies .. extremely confusing.We will continue to explore this area and even the gated community; yet, will most likely not return to this property.

A relaxing get away with friends and family

I can’t say enough about the property and the owner. Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico which is less than 100 yards from the front of the house. Home and amenities are first class.

Perfect Stay

What a fabulous property. We loved the heated community pool and the views of the beach made even rainy days amazing. We had 6 adults, 4 kids, & a toddler. The closet in the master bedroom made a great baby room! We loved looking for crabs at night, walking the beach, and exploring the restaurant in town. It was an amazing vacation!

Bridge Group Getaway

I went to St. George with six of my best friends to relax, play cards, do puzzles and ride bikes. Sandcastle is a lovely, large house that has an amazing view of the gulf and plenty of room to spread out. Sean is an amazing host and I would love to go back there and take my family next time.

Just WOW!

Very well kept and clean! We stayed at Sandcastle for a week and not even a single day went by, where we did not rave about this beautiful house! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are extremely comfortable. Beach is right there and the view from the deck cannot be described in words. We will definitely book this house again!
