Within walking or biking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Starting with the exterior of Sunkissed, the paved driveway offers 4 parking spaces with a EV charging station. The fenced in private spa sized pool, gas grill, and outdoor lounge area is located under the house. Walking up the stairs leads to the covered deck with fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
Walking into the tastefully decorated interior you are welcomed to the first floor. The open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen all enjoy Gulf Views from the large windows across the front of the home. The living area features comfortable seating and large smart TV. The dining area has a large round table with seating for 8. The stunning kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, gas stove, kitchen island with additional seating, and a pantry ready to store your vacation snacks! Heading down the hallway off the kitchen to the right you will find the laundry area. The half bathroom is located to the left. Straight down the hallway is the master suite. Featuring a King bed, smart TV, and stunning en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub, walk in shower, double vanity, and water closet. Up the stairwell off the living area the second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bunk room features 2 sets of Single bunkbeds and 2 smart TVs. The bunk room shares a bathroom that features a double vanity and standard shower/tub combo with the third bedroom. The third bedroom features a King bed and smart TV.
