"Rooms never made up, only one lift working, which took ages, room warm and stuffy, interior falling apart. The electronic key card did not work on three occasions in the space of four days. No apologirs. Always queues at reception. Afternoon tea a joke and noisy guests in the corridors transporting fast food and cans of beer throughout. Disgusting smells though the whole hotel never a smile from the staff who seemed generally demotivated and washed out."

"Cooles Ambiente im ehemaligen "Watts Warehouse". Sehr zentral gelegen. Leider werden, wie in vielen anderen Hotels, die Zimmer auch bei längerem Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Frühstück war gut, Personal an der Rezeption nicht ganz so fit, dafür aber nette Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Leider gibt es keinen Safe um Pässe, Wertsachen etc. zu deponieren. "
