The hotel presents well with a lovely entrance hall. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with excellent service whenever required. The bar had a very nice ambience and the bar staff were very excellent, very courteous and professional.

Staff very attentive especially in restaurant as my mother is coeliac we used the restaurant every evening as they would adapt anything on the menu for her it made dining out so much easier

This hotel was perfect for our stay. It was spotless, the staff professional and friendly, excellent breakfast buffet, and a great location for walking into St Helier. They would have got a 5 overall but for a slight noise issue between our room and the room above. I don’t want to hear people “getting to know” each other, even if it is quick. The next guest spent 2 hours shouting down the phone to someone - I don’t think she actually needed a phone to make contact.

Clean room and very comfortable and the staff were efficient and helpful, but a few more smiles would not go amiss. Breakfast was very good and constantly being topped up, and if you require anything out of the ordinary they were happy to oblige. The restaurant food was excellent. We would be happy to come back again.

The hotel is lovely , clean well presented and handy for walking into town. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The restaurant did not have a very appealing menu for a gluten free choice and hence we ate elsewhere. My only downside was that some of the staff were not very friendly which is a shame because everything else was very good.
