Modern and characterful and presented to the highest of standards, Little Coombe is an attractive detached cottage enjoying truly magnificent panoramic coastal views from most of the rooms. The accommodation boasts a wealth of traditional features and comprises, entrance hall, dual aspect sitting room with central fire place and majestic views, a beautifully appointed kitchen/breakfast room, cloakroom, two bedrooms and family bathroom on the ground floor with a delightful master bedroom on the first floor boasting wonderful views across the beach and the ocean.
Outside, Little Coombe has everything guests will need for a fantastic holiday with a number of outside terraces to enjoy alfresco dining and all with beautiful views in a truly peaceful setting. There is a decked area at the front of the property and to the side is a terrace garden with an outside patio area and where guests can enjoy the barbecue and sun loungers. To the rear of the property is a garden with raised flower borders and a garden shed where guests can store all their beach items including surf boards and wet suits.
The location of Little Coombe is absolutely fantastic with Carbis Bay beach and its golden sands just a short 5 minute walk down a quiet and picturesque footpath which can found right on your doorstep. Also a very short walk away is the village train station in Carbis Bay so guests can enjoy the experience of St Ives but not have the parking headache, the 3 minute train ride is one of the most beautiful and dramatic in the UK along the bay into St Ives.
In terms of parking, there is a private driveway to the front of the property and there is plenty of space to accommodate two large cars.
