Our family has been coming to St John for 5 yrs. Cloud 9 was our favorite! The views are unmatched! The patio was so pleasant
 beautiful pool & hot tub, hummingbird feeder (so fun watching them), and many relaxing seating options
 the swing chair! The house was wonderfully equipped and comfortable. Perfect space for families to come together but to also have space. Things to note 
 the switchbacks are serious going up that mountain. We are used to them by now though. Also what you’d consider the kids bedroom is in the main house . The other bedrooms are outside of the main house. But there’s a door that can be locked to the property. Our boys are teens, so it was fine.Overall the pictures lived up to the reality. I could have stayed forever. Thank you!!!

Wonderful place to stay. The large pool area has some of the best views on the island. We were there in late January, and sunsets were directly across Great Cruz Bay as pictured in the VRBO photos. (In the summer, sunsets are likely further to the north.). The house itself is great. Two large bedrooms are in a second building just steps from the main building which has a kitchen, a dining area, a large living area and a loft bedroom. There is also a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and plenty of supplies like yoga mats, snorkel gear and beach chairs. We couldn't have been happier. The owners were in contact with us and were friendly and helpful. The people from the property management company were friendly and efficient. Everything went like clockwork. Everyone in our party agreed, if we come pack to St Johhs, we'll stay a Cloud Nine again.

Stunning view. Privacy. The "hot tub" is a great added bonus. Loved the chair swing and just spending time getting lost in the view. Spacious family/dining room for hanging out for playing or watching games. Absolutely would stay here again! (Hosts and cleaning crew were beyond kind)

LOVED Cloud Nine! the views are stunning. The Pool and hot tub got a lot of use. Couldn't keep the kids out of them. They had everyhting we needed from beach chairs to pool floaties. Location was great! 15-20 minutes from everything we did. Hope to visit again in the future

Great views

Linda was great and quickly responded to the few questions we had. The information provided in advance was very helpful as well although this was our 4th visit to St. John. The location is excellent as well the views. Great sunsets every evening. This home worked out great for us and our 3 children in terms of the sleeping arrangements. This is an older home, so keep that in mind in terms of expectations. Everything worked as it should - a few recommendations we'd make are a new microwave as the current one is quite rusted inside. The water temp was difficult to adjust in the master bath shower. The hot tub has limited controls, takes a long time to warm up, and the cover is a challenge to remove and put back. There is a bright light on the AC units, so if you need total darkness to sleep in, you might want to bring a sleep mask. We found the access to the home very easy with multiple parking options (you are not fighting any kind of steep driveway). Overall we had a fantastic trip and would highly recommend this home!

A great getaway.

Spent a little over a week there with our adult children. Everyone had a wonderful time. The views of St Thomas and other islands was amazing. Pool and spa were great. Highly recommended.

Great location on the island. Westerly facing with great sunset views and spectacular backdrop of Saint Thomas and the islands. Close to the town of Cruz bay and the North Shore beaches. Overall, great location and villa.

Lovely stay at Cloud Nine

This house has the BEST views you could ever imagine. It's well equipped for cooking, and relaxing. The host is available and responds to questions quickly. She is very knowledgeable about the island too. Clean and relaxing. We all loved it!

Gorgeous view!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9! The view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking especially the sunsets! The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed available to us. We were close to town and to the beaches. Linda went above and beyond to make our stay there enjoyable even going as far as to give me a ride to meet my friends on the other side of the island. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay! Linda was an excellent host with great communication and tips on local life/activities. The views off the deck were out of this world, and sitting by our own pool with a homemade cocktail made for a truly relaxing, restorative vacation.

Great experience

What a great villa on St. John. The view is incredible and feels very private. The property was a very comfortable stay for my family. It is just far enough out of Cruz Bay to feel very private and quiet, but a short drive to town and easy access to anywhere on island (jeep/car required). Everything you will need is provided including nice beach chairs, towels etc. The hosts are very helpful and responsive and live on island. Five-star experience.

Breathtaking view of St. John

Our family of four spent Spring Break at Cloud Nine. We were blown away by the spectacular views when we walked in. The pictures do not do it justice! The layout was great for our family. The house was clean and kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We used Landlubber Logistics to have groceries delivered in advance which was convenient after a long day of traveling. All the beaches are a short drive away (15-25 min max) and the we enjoyed the pool in afternoons. We loved Shambles (5 min away) for dinner and ate there a couple of times during our trip. We would not hesitate to stay at Cloud Nine again!

Amazing villa with spectacular views!!

This is the most amazing property!! Spectacular views, fully stocked kitchen, and short drive to town and beaches. You cannot find a better spot to see the magnificent sunsets. Communication with property owners and manager is excellent. Already planning a return trip!

Cloud Nine’s magical view greeted us each morning and captivated us each evening

Our family Christmas trip to St John was perfect in every way, and our stay at aptly named Cloud Nine was an ideal place for our family of 8 to enjoy the pleasures of St. John. Linda was so helpful and generous with providing lots of information and answering any question promptly. This was our first family trip since the pandemic began, and Cloud Nine on St John provided a gorgeous, safe environment for our family to come together to visit, snorkel, hike, laugh in the sunshine, and relax. Thanksgiving Week Vacation

Had an amazing time at this villa. Everything was exactly as advertised plus more. The owners really thought of everything at the villa to make the most of your St. John vacation. Perfect location with a great view. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would certainly use them again the next time we visit St. John.

Exactly what we needed

Our host Kim made us feel right at home immediately with perfect restaurant recommendations and a friendly helpful attitude. The property was immaculate. The layout was ideal for parents with teenagers- bedroom separate from the kitchen and living room allowed the old man (me) to go to bed and get up early while the rest of crew stayed up late and slept in. Neighborhood restaurants are excellent. Close to everything you want and need in Cruz bay but just far enough away from it all to feel like you had the island to yourself. We’ve been to the island many times over the years staying at the old Maho Bay, Concordia and many different homes and villas- this location is our favorite- clean, convenient, reasonably priced with amazing views. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality.

Absolutely stunning Villa

My sister and I take our 87 year old mother on a mother daughter trip every year! This house was everything the listing said it would be! The bedrooms, main house, pool, everything was amazing! The views were beautiful. We will love to stay here again!

Cloud Nine Vacation

From beginning to end, renting this property was easy with great communication. Everything was clean and well cared for. The day would begin or end with a swim in the pool. In between were adventures swimming and snorkeling in the ocean and of course eating good food! Loved having the pavilion to have a meal and shelter from sun or a light rain. Most of all we enjoyed the fabulous views!! Just make sure to rent a jeep for STJ

Cloud Nine was just like the pictures show. The views were stunning and the location is the best.

I would rent Coud Nine again for sure. We loved the location. It’s a short drive to town and just a bit further to all the beaches. The house is beautiful and clean. Best vacation ever!! Must eat at Scrambles at the top of the hill across from the health center. If you want to relax on St John, cloud nine is the way to go.

Beautiful property

Cloud 9 is so lovely the kitchen had everything one might need. The sunsets were so amazing we prefer to bring food home to eat with an amazing view! Or cook at cloud 9. Thank you for being prompt and helpful. What a blessing to experience this with my sweet family!
