Beautiful Home with Stunning Views

This home was perfect. Clean, comfortable for seven adults and two children. The five king bedrooms with baths allowed everyone to have their space. The common areas (living room, dining, pool and decks) were equally spacious and appointed with all we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was very attentive to our requests, some at the last minute. I highly recommend this home.

Amazing house for 5 couples!

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday with 4 other couples and I had a hard time finding a place that we all could have our own suite that wasn't outrageously expensive-Maria Breeze is amazing for this reason. We booked the house for a week and we initially thought maybe the kitchen was small but it worked out perfectly for our 3 nights in for dinner because we were all able to sit at the large table that it outside on the patio. We spent our mornings overlooking beautiful great Cruz Bay on the large patio that easily accomodated our party of 10. At night we had cocktails outside and had fun watching the night snorkelers in the bay. The beds are all kings and very comfortable with bedding and towels that were plush. The management team was very responsive when one of the locks on the doors broke and they had maintenance come out that day to fix it. Everything was amazing at this wonderful house and we have rented many. We plan on coming back and staying here again!

Lovely home

Well thought out design. Bedrooms are spread out and entered from outside. All with private baths and AC. Amazing views. Pool is gorgeous with beautiful plants. Main building has well-stocked kitchen and living room. No AC in main butting which was quite hot on a few days in mid-June. Good parking spaces; nice laundry set up; outdoor freezer for ice bags. Management company was highly professional. Definitely recommend this home.

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood atop a tall hill with excellent views. The house was well appointed with modern appliances and refreshed updating. Each bedroom had it's own outside entrance so privacy was not a problem. Brendan and his team at BookVI were great and very quick to return a call or come over if there was an issue. Our only one suggestion is that the pool was freezing, as it was in the shade most of the day, we jumped in but quickly got out. Overall it was a wonderful villa and we would definitely rent again. A beautiful home with stunning views. Layout of the home allowed for together time by the pool & dining area but private space in your own separate/detached rooms. Home was up to date, clean, safe and a lovely place to relax. Quiet spot but close drive to Cruz bay for dining, shopping, etc. A great trip had by all!!

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at Maria Breeze. We spent most of our time out on the great porch enjoying the breeze and beautiful view. The house overall was very clean but the kitchen drawers and cabinets could use a little cleaning. Some dishes and silverware were put away dirty and inside the drawers and cabinets were dirty.

Even better than expected!

We had a fabulous week at Villa Maria Breeze! The location and house exceeded our expectations! Plenty of space for a large party of friends/family. Beautifully appointed rooms, all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (including high-end bed linens and large, fluffy bath and beach towels), and a view to die for! There were plenty of beach chairs and two coolers for use at the beach. Lots of games for evening fun! The property manager was super helpful and on-call when needed, and brought us snacks and beverages for our arrival. Terrific hospitality all around! Many thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great set up for big group

We stayed at Maria Breeze for a week with two 50 somethings and 6 young adults. The house is as beautiful as the pictures Sunsets were spectacular from the deck. The pool and all deck space were comfortable and great for relaxing after beach time. We will be back!

Wonderful

Very clean, very privat,e very safe, we never felt the need to lock the doors. Great and constant communication with the host. We got delayed a day due to a tropical storm and he gave us an extra night for free. This property is absolutely beautiful and perfect. If the main room had a window unit, it would have been perfect. Even with the tradewinds, it was sweltering in the living room, dining room and kitchen family areas. We'll definitely be back, but not in July.
