Room doors need to be changed/updated....everytime we tried to get back in our room, we had trouble...key card won't work...mentioned it to front desk and she said they had many issues with it and hotel suppose to be changing it but she has no idea when.... Bed was comfortable, bathtub was perfect for a bath...no issues with room... Went for breakfast special at restaurant in hotel, food was sooooo greasy! I'd recommend going to another restaurant as there are many in the area....

Our ueater vent was polluted with dust, making us and our animals sneeze. Had to turn it off. Out shower was dirty. When we brought these issues up with management they said it was also unacceptable and moved us to another room. Feeling heard we move to the other room, only to get into the room and the bathroom vent was filled with dust and falling onto clean towels and the same spots in the bathroom dirty. We go back to management and they basically tell us they arent going to do anything about it. When we decide we are not going to stay at 6pm (we called about the issue 2pm that day) they charge us 2 nights, when we only stayed one! And that day had a fire alarm scaring our 12 week old kitten who was there for a vet appointment! Never will be back

The room was nice and clean but ran into an issue in the dining room. One plate came out cold, meal returned but when they finally returned with the meal, the other party had already finished eating. Apologies given at front desk when checking out.

There was alot of noise until 1:30am- lots of people were complaining. Turns they were cleaning the kitchen ducts out. Hotel was full. Close the kitchen early. If we have to abide by 11pm rule- why shouldn't you.
