Stayed at this location twice in one week. There was no hot water on my first stay, and there was dirty brown water coming from the facet and bathtub. When I called the front desk, I was told that they were aware of the situation, however staff did not inform me upon check-in. Had to buy bottled water to brush our teeth. Staff were not apologetic and although I asked to be contacted by management, nobody called or attempted contact with me, neither was there any compensation. On my second stay exactly one week later, I called ahead the day before my booking to inquire if the hot water/dirty water issue had been resolved. I was assured that the issues had been resolved and I would not experience this problem again. Once checked in, I proceeded to my room only to find a letter in the room stating that there was an issue with the hot water and guests are asked to leave the hot water taps running for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the hot water to get to the room. I was relieved to get hot water for my morning shower, although I kept loosing it during my shower, and only to be disappointed that there was dirty water running from the sink. I only discovered this after I had showered. Once again I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth. The bed was comfortable, but the hotel could use new pillows and bed sheets. The pillows are somewhat flat and lumpy, and the sheets are rough and knobby. The air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn it off to sleep.

Clean room friendly staff and great location. Only thing wrong was the idea of not being able to pay cash for a bottle of water. Not everyone likes to use a visa or debit card everywhere.
