Hotel room was great however someone decided to use my room to order 3 room service meals and obviously a disconnect between hotel and Denny’s (on property) as John V ordered three separate Denny’s meals and had all charged to my room.

Three mornings in a row I called and could not get room service for breakfast. There were no bath robes in the room as advertised. I was really sick and have a serious lung disease. I called front desk and asked if anyone could bring a trolly up to my room to help as I had a lot of bags. Two women on the desk said no. Hotel customer service is just not there like it use to be. I was really disappointed in my stay. Also, the balcony doors do not close once open without lifting them to move back into place. The only time I felt like a customer was one front desk man who worked nights helped me. He was the only person we met on staff who was genuine, polite and sincere.

Convenient hotel. Overall positive with just a few side notes. The second floor rooms near the buildings down spouts are very noisy when raining. The mattress is ready to be replaced because it has sink holes, especially uncomfortable if you’re a belly sleeper. Overall still a very nice place to stay. Very clean and great service from the staff, but the hotel is starting to show wear and tear.
