The property is 100sqm with high ceilings and plenty of natural light and good energy from the Balluta Valley directly beneath it. Its one of the few spaces in the popular town of St Julians to enjoy both greenery and a sea view. Additionally, it comes fully equipped with high speed Internet, flat screen TV, is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all the amenities you need, including a 1 car space with lift access. Ideal for couples and families.

The property is located in a residential neighborhood and guests are required to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. The road can get quite busy but once you're inside the apartment you forget all about it and find yourself in an urban oasis overlooking a very peaceful valley.
