Great accommodation. Perfectly positioned in front of the pebble beach. Friendly owner. Very comfortable room with tea & coffee provided and towels available too. The freeview TV worked great. Shower was powerful & hot - all in all great comfort & better than the 2* makes it sound like!

It has recently been refurbished and was clean and comfortable. As i am disabled and elderly the stairs to rooms and dining room was quite difficult for me, second day had my breakfast in my room . Parking is a problem here, 1 disable parking in front off hotel available but was occupied throughout our stay .
