Leaking bathe faucet pipe under counter, questionable black substance on white pillow case, stained carpet, missing trim around doors. I left and didn’t stay. I was scared of the bed sheets and what else maybe wrong with the room. Also horrible customer service at the front desk

Room was okay and fairly clean. Door to room was paper thin and the smell of marijuana in the hall was sickening. Room had no chairs, no phone, and one towel for three adult occupants. Window was cracked so the negative 5 degree weather was a little chilly - the heat did work but had a difficult time keeping up.

There was a big gap in the door frame, big enough to see in/out in the hallway. The door locked, but the jamb was out of alignment. The room was dark, with no lamp on the desk.

Staff was ideal. Grate. But room is so dirty i woke up couple of times somethings itching. Yesterday i got home i have some redness over my body . Room stinks like mold or something like that . I meant hygiene zero stuff grate .
