The people are very friendly and the service is pretty good. Some of the areas of the hotel are kind of dirty like the hallways, but the rooms are pretty clean.

This is a good choice. Great for young families with the breakfast and kick back offered. We had no problems. Elevators are dated and tight but we were able to take the steps when we did not have luggage. Parking sign would be helpful so that you know you need to check in b4 getting access to the entry gate. Lots of people trying to park and having to either back out or turn around b4 going inside.It is nice that the building is a brick historical site and they have not torn it down for a trendy ugly hotel. Quick walk to Union Station for family fun and treats.
