Room I ordered I was told when I got there was blocked off for remodel. The hotel blames Expedia for booking a blocked off room. The hotel after seeing why I needed an accessible room made it right. The room I got was okay it really was average so thus the average rating. Not great but not as bad as some others I have stayed in. The complex is not fully ADA complaint at this time.

Remodeling/construction still going on as of Feb 16, 2025. It had no effect on parking/access to hotel or room. Room newly remodeled. Gym is basic but got my cardio in. Very clean. Staff is so nice and very helpful. Breakfast is grab and go, perfect for our 3-day stay.

I don't know if I'll go back

Taking a shower the water just turned off. I had shampoo in my hair but I made sure the faucet was on and it was. Several minutes later the water came back on. The hotel said it had free WiFi and I guess it did, but when we connected we weren't able to use it. It said connected but no Internet. The television has zero channels available so we couldn't watch TV either. I wound up having to call Verizon and turning my phone into a hot spot. The next morning housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. I like staying here but now I'm not so sure.

The room was great! I was going for surgery and we live 2 1/2 hours away from the hospital I’m in. I also like the fact that we will be able to check in early, to go and explore St. Louis while we were getting ready for my surgery.

Great location, nice room, bad service/company

The location is terrific. The hotel itself is fine, though needs to be updated and the room was nice. For the most part, though, the service and front-desk employees were bad. Particularly the woman running the desk the afternoon of Dec 22, 2024. Our key cards stopped working every morning even though we reserved and pre-paid for 3 days. Having to go to the desk for replacement cards every morning was annoying enough, but she acted like it was our fault and was visibly put out and rude that we were asking her to do something, to do her job; basically anything that wasn't playing around on her phone. I also hate that the IHG customer service line tries to force you into joining their membership program, and essentially implies that even prepaid stays aren't guaranteed if you aren't a member. That's obnoxious.

Just discovered this property and am really enjoying it. Fast checkin, good parking, large rooms (especially the king with extra floor space!), and smart design elements. Convenient location for my needs.

Very nice and in the heart of a neighborhood with many restaraunts. Close to an Imo’s if you want some St Louis style pizza!
