We were looking for a clean room and comfortable bed for 1 night. And that’s exactly what we got, but no more. The facility itself was a bit shabby, and only one elevator was working. While the bed was comfortable, the bathroom could have used a little more elbow grease. There were only a couple of fast food restaurants in the area. The rate was very reasonable, but this once again validates that you get what you pay for. I’d look elsewhere next time.

Rated 5 stars for this being a cheap hotel. I travel a lot and look for rooms that are cheap but give decent experiences and this hotel was easy going and room was neat. Despite the cigarettes smell throughout the whole floor it was a great experience. Searched for dirtiness and bugs and could not find a reason to not trust to sleep in the bed. Hotels can be very deceiving but this one did a great job and front desk help and security were very nice throughout the whole time being there. Definitely a lower class hotel and saw many guests that could be perceived as sketchy but that is not within the hotels control. Hotel is maybe 5 mins from the Grove bars and within 10 mins from downtown. Would definitely stay again.
