over booked..

Don’t stay… we booked at least 5 days in advance. Get there to check in and we are told they over booked. No room for us. Probably a blessing for us as when we pulled in there was 3 cop cars and 1cop standing inside. That was probably our sign. Not to mention when looking at the windows it looked like people make that place there home as there was plants and other items hanging in window. There was no call to tell us that we wouldn’t have a room. Very unbusiness like. We drove 6 hours to have to find somewhere else

there was a night mare stay in this place nasty with cockroaches ,parking lot full of drug addicts people,home less,cant use parking lot on the back because i was afraid they break in my car i never go back there even for free..i couldn't sleep because they working overnight remodeling

We booked here and arrived at three in the morning. The first room they gave us a key to was already occupied, causing an embarrasimg and potentially dangerous situation for us and these other guests. Then, after being forced to wait in the lobby for over a half hour we were told that the hotel had no more rooms for the night, despite our reservation. Luckily a refund was issued quickly. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

There were a lot of bugs in my room, especially near the bedside and the bathroom. The staff also did not read my reservation clearly and tried to get me to check out a day early, once at the front desk and after I showed them my receipt they understood they were wrong. The general area smelled like smoke. I would not choose to stay here again.
