My room was super quiet and comfy. Check in was weird, as there was one person working and dealing with another traveler. Took a good 10 minutes to be acknowledged, even by other hotel staff. But got all checked in. Staff friendly. Would stay again.

The tub was nasty and called the front desk to come clean it and they never came, also couldn't get the shower to work, called front desk and no one came. But the room was beautiful and it was in walking distance to our venue and this great park and restaurants.

Very dirty. Halls and elevators hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or longer. Our room had a tomato on carpet so it was obviously not vacuumed. Very dirty.

I had a horrible experience with breakfast. I understand the kitchen was understaffed, but ppl around us got serviced before us. We was accommodated, but was not pleased with the service. The bathroom needs to be updated as well. Enjoyed the double suite beds and the people at the front desk was very professional.

I will never be back. Too expensive for a mediocre hotel. We came in the tv is unplugged and plugged it in and wouldn't work. Called front desk they fixed it. All we had to take a shower with was a little square of soap. Housekeeping cleaned (not really)our room while we were gone. They changed out towels and the trash bag. No soap which was hand soap and we were missing the body wash. No clean sheets and they didn't vacuum. The sheets on the bed were not fitted and I was laying on the bare mattress by morning along with a sheet on me then comforter and a sheet on top of that. The room is not designed for comfort with one chair and this couch bench thing that could only be used for luggage. I do not recommend and I will not be back ever. Also we went for dinner at 10pm for a quick dinner in the lobby restaurant and they said they weren't serving anymore but they close at 10:30. Then breakfast was over at 10:30am and we arrived again at 10 and were told they were done serving breakfast and lunch didn't start till 11:00am

This place has a lot of wonderful history and charm. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The bar was out of stock of all beverages when we were there but we made due. The area is somewhat walkable.
