This is a great place for the price. Always clean and comfortable. Is our place to go when we are going to take a very early flight (we live 2 hours away from the airport) or when one of our kids has a soccer tournament near by.

Hotel is fine. Staff was nice. We had no issues though some improvements are needed. There are better hotels in the area with airport shuttle services available 24 hours and with cheaper airport stay and park options. This one we chose to just drive to the airport lot as it was cheaper so why bother staying at an airport hotel prior if their parking is more expensive than the airport itself?

I always stay at The Pear Inn when I fly in to St Louis because it is clean, safe, close-by, affordable, has friendly staff, and the have a 24 hour shuttle between the airport and the hotel. They also have snacks in the lobby in the evening and breakfast is included. My first choice every time.

I was only at the hotel for a few hours before my early morning flight. The evening desk clerk was so very helpful and friendly. He even recommended I use their long-term parking rather than the airport because their shuttle is 24 hours (which is not what it says in the Hotels.com listing). Unfortunately, the youn lady working the desk in the night shift was not helpful nor friendly. She seemed upset that she had to leave the computer to answer my questions and made a fuss about not being able to print a receipt for my stay. The shuttle driver was a great guy and very helpful with my luggage.

One of the stair wells smelled like urine really bad. Our room was clean, however there was damage to the ceiling q above the shower. And pieces were close to falling off.

We’ve stayed there several times before and always been very pleased. And this time was no different except for the fact that our room, 222, was right around the corner from the elevator and it would make a loud noise in our room. We were awoken a few times at night because of this, plus this time we could hear people talking. Not sure if they were next door or above us.
