Good place to stay. Room was nice. Property is older but fine. Breakfast was OK. Property is near several restaurants and easy access to Interstate.

There was no breakfast the morning of our stay. We, and other guests, were told by the unapologetic man at the front desk, that the person responsible for setting it up did not come to work. He didn’t offer to set out the pre-made items like bread for toast or cereal and milk - he just remained behind the desk watching every guest be disappointed that there was only coffee available. The lights and television were left off and chairs were upside down on tables all morning. It felt like guests were not even welcome in the area. Terrible breakfast experience.

We was not able to stay. They canceled our room upon arrival, the second time, stating there was no clean rooms available. This was around 8 p.m. We had went a few hours earlier and tried to check in but a group ahead of me needed 17 rooms and was told they could get them 6. We had all made reservations. Lobby and breakfast area was dirty. I guess the cleaning crew just did not do their job. Hotels.com was kind enough to help us find another room and even gave us a discount for the trouble that was not even their fault. The girl checking customers in said she could possible get a room cleaned but did not know how long it would be. I said ok, I can wait and kill some time somewhere. She then firmly said "I can not give you a time frame. It may be hours". I heard her say multiple times "the previous ship must have dropped the ball. Maybe they did. I don't know. She was nice enough. She was not rude but I could tell she was tired of dealing with everyone. I assume multiple people had room issues. Again, considering all the people needing room and all the aggrevation, she still remained calm. Kudos to her BUT I will not book at Wyngate again

The room smelled musty, damp and like there was a dead mouse. The water temp would fluctuate from cool to scalding hot (at one point I had to jump out mid shower cause it suddenly went hotter than hades). For a Wyndham hotel, it was VERY disappointing. Stains on the bed covers. It really needs updated and a very thorough cleaning.

The bed was very comfortable and i slept well. A/C worked well but it was loud. My check-in was annoying, as I waited in the lobby for almost 10 minutes until someone came to the front desk. Worst part of my stay - the breakfast area was closed. The excuse was their breakfast employee did not show up. Well, I'm sure someone else could have put out a few breakfast items for the guests! Not good teamwork here.

Mildew on shower curtain. Only 1 washcloth. Hair on wall of tub/shower. Some trash on the floor. Difficult to use the TV, no instructions. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful but all problems were not reported to them. Air conditioning was great.

We booked and paid for this room 5 months ago. Upon arrival there were no clean rooms available. Our only option was to wait and maybe but not guaranteed to get a room or cancel. The hotel did not offer any suggestions and basically late at night we were on our own. Would never recommend.

I was greeted by an extremely please and knowlegable lady at the front desk. She was super friendly and happy, and helpful with making sure you had directions to where you needed to go. The lobby was beautiful. My room was absolutely amazing!! It was hot outside and it was so nice walking into my room and the a/c on and the room cool!! The bed was nice and comfortable. I very much enjoyed having all the lighting in the room along with the outlets!! The only thing I will say is that in the bathroom there is large pieces of something falling down off the ceiling that needs to be repaired. It wasn't a big issue to me, but to some it may be. Other than that issue, my stay was very relaxing and comortable!!! I would most defintely recommend staying and when back in this area, I will be staying again!!!! Thank you for the great service I received.

Bathroom had water stains on the ceiling. Shower curtain hung several inches on the bottom of the tub. Toilet had issues flushing. Hair dryer had to be replaced, as the one I tried to use started smoking as soon as it was turned on. Light switch for the bathroom was hidden.
