it was a really nice stay except for one of the girls at the casino. our uber dropped us off in front of the casino (which was totally fine) and the girl that was checking my ID was so rude and judgemental. she said i couldn’t enter through because of my outfit, which wasn’t even bad, please keep in mind we just got back from the chris brown concert. we just tried to explain we were trying to get back to our room and she didn’t even want to hear what we had to say other than “you have to walk all the way around outside” that was absolutely crazy to deny your guests that way and to judge them sooo rudely

The young "man" at the desk with dark hair was extremely rude, condescending, smart mouthed and dismissive. His possible personal negative feelings about people darker complexioned than him should not interfere with him doing his job in a professional manner. Put him on garbage where his hidden talents might be better suited. He's NOT a good face for such a beautiful establishment!

Not coming back

No breakfast or coffee on campus until after 7 am. The front desk staff is just this side of useless….of the four questions I asked during my three night stay, they couldn’t answer any of them, and offered no assistance in finding out. The smell of skunky pot reeks throughout the hallways and I swear it’s coming out of the AC vents. I ate at three of the restaurants and although the staff was friendly, the food was microwaved and bland.

Walls are paper thin. Charged $30 for early check-in. Nothing special and not a real four star hotel and definitely not luxury. Worn down hotel and room that needs major renovations. Heavy chemicals used to mask smoke smell throughout hotel. They did not even have a pen or pad in the hotel. No option to clean the room if you stay less than three days.
