The staff was amazing!!! Every person we came in contact with from the valet to front desk, waitress at the bar, waiter for breakfast at the grille and concierge. ALL were kind and so helpful. The BEST staff experience I’ve ever had at a hotel!!! You ALL are the best. The breakfast buffet was so good!! The food from the bar the night before, chefs kiss! Thank you for an amazing first time experience! We are already planning our trip back!!

The person who checked me in was outstanding. I was disappointed early this morning when I called the number for valet and no one picked it up especially frustrating because three gentlemen were in the office when I got down there. While the stay was fine, it was not worth the money we paid. More signage is needed. We were sent on wild goose chases to find our room and to find elevators. It took quite a bit of work to get to our room. While we booked a nice room, the phone did not work and housekeeping inconsistently restocked coffee and sweeteners. It was also strange that in that nice of a hotel, there was no make up towel or make up wipes. No q-tips or cotton balls. The light show was good and the bar area was nice.

Excellent stay! I took my son and two grandsons age 8 and 9. We went for 2 days over New Year’s. It was a wonderful experience. Pretty much everything we needed was within Union Station. Can’t wait to return in summer when the pool is open! Also - it’s dog friendly!!!

The room was clean, however, some of the furniture could've been replaced as they were a bit older (and had some physical defects such as a hole). The continental breakfast that came with our executive suite in the executive lounge was good, but could've been better; more variety would make it a 5. The area around the hotel is pretty good, but the parking situation could've been clearer/safer (underground parking could be better).
