No Blues in St Louis

Our stay was great! A beautiful, historic landmark!!!! Beautiful area of city. The only drawback was a banging noise ever time the HVAC system turned on

I like how everything is so close to each other. How ever the food at the restaurant by the lobby was HORRIBLE. The service was just as bad. Sat there for 20 minutes before anyone came to greet us. And that’s after letting them know we were there.

Upon arrival we discovered ants in our room do to m&ms on the floor … mini fridge was froze over had to request a replacement (took almost six hours to arrive) elevator's were intermittent. It’s a cool hotel with history and close to attractions, need to deep clean the entire facility.
