Well we will not be back. The rooms were absolutely filthy. And very small! Dust everywhere, towels not clean, very outdated. The queen beds are pretty much twins so don’t expect a normal queen. The staff at the front was polite and check in was easy - HOWEVER - one of our rooms was not ready until 6:30!!!!! Unacceptable. They have an excuse about late checkouts…. As for the property - it’s HUGE! But lots of things to do outside. We came for the Polar Express and that was a nice event. Last but not least. Allow at least 30 minutes for valet and getting your car. I’m not sure where they parked it but taking over a half hour was a bit ridiculous.

Room was nice, location of the hotel and their attraction perfect. Now what needs to improve; elevators, just 3 elevators are not enough to handle big crowds. We waited almost 20 minutes in one ocassion for an opportunity to reach our floor. The place doesn't have a convenience store or any gifts shop on place (besides of the Aquarium), just Starbucks with limited business hours. The Restaurants in the premises also have limited business hours, after 9 pm dinner options are limited to room service. The Grand hall can't be use for dinner sorry. There is lack of announcements and information about the events. For example we didn't know until last moment they offered a Thanksgiving dinner offer. ...In summary beautiful place good location, but can improve for better experience.

It Elways very hard to locate the hotel check-in area. The signs were spaced so far apart that it was easy to get lost. Then there was a long check-in line and only 2 people working the desk (plus one who was on the phone the entire time we were in line, so she didn’t help anyone). One of the other two who were actually checking people in was with the same hotel guest for the whole time we were in line. So basically, there was only one person checking guests in. With a big event (Guns ‘N Hoses) in town, there should have been more people checking in guests. But the hotel room was very quiet and clean and comfortable. Overall a good experience except for check-in and finding the hotel lobby.

The room wasn’t clean enough, some of the towel were dirty. The room needs for deep cleaning on dusty carpet and walls. The bedding was made but some bedding covers were dirty or not cleaned correctly.
