Thank you for a wonderful stay! The location was great (just minutes to the main St. Louis attractions) and plenty of space for 9 of us. The home was spacious and also charming. The host was very communicative. Would definitely recommend for large parties coming to St. Louis!

Our stay at the property was PERFECT! The house was exactly as described. Very Spacious & beautifully decorated. The amenities provided for each bedroom was very thoughtful & well thought out. I would definite stay here again. My entire family enjoyed their stay. Check-in was seamless and communication with the owner was consistent and timely. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped.

Our family (ages infant to 70yrs old) stayed here and in another house nearby for a family reunion and had a great time! The house was exactly as described. We felt comfortable walking around in the neighborhood to the other property. We appreciated that the rooms were all a large size and had their own TV's. The number of bathrooms was nice and better than often seen in houses this size. The owner was very responsive and helfpful when we had questions. No complaints, we'd happy stay here again in the future!

Family Weekend

This property worked well for all of us (11) with beds to spare: parents, kids, and grands. Plenty of room for activities inside and out. Close to the sites we were visiting: City Museum, Zoo, The Arch. Although the driveway is narrow so we didn't use, there was plenty of street parking available for our 3 vehicles.

Graduation Family Stay

Lovely large house that is perfect for large group. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Great dining table that is nice for eating and games. Beds and linens were fairly comfortable and nice but our group had mixed reviews of the pillows (we made an Ikea run for some cheap ones to use). Quiet and safe neighborhood and close to Target, restaurants, freeways, etc. It was relatively clean but could use better vacuuming - some dusty areas, hair, etc. on floor. Kitchen has nice appliances and plenty of dishware but a little random on cookware/utensils. We managed to make some good home meals though. Management pretty responsive - we had some electrical issues that appeared to be corrected while we were away but the problem seemed to be ongoing with several outlets were not usable. Also, the home could use some handyman TLC like tightening the faucets (they are loose in some bathrooms and spin) and securing the dishwasher properly (it was wiggling out of the space). That being said, it was a very comfy house for our large group with excellent A/C, easy access and parking, lots of spaces to hang out, and everyone had their privacy, too.

Fantastic property in a wonderful neighborhood. Perfect for large groups.

This house was perfect for our large family gathering for my daughter's graduation from SLU in May 2025. We cannot not recommend the location enough for doing anything SLU related. Perfect for graduation when needing room for 19 or so people. But really the location is great for doing anything in St Louis with a large group. The house is set up so well for large groups with lots of beds, all comfortable. We fell in love with the neighborhood and loved walking to get ice cream and to the two nearby parks. William was super easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We had two small issues but William addressed both quickly and fairly. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are in good shape, easy to use. Back yard has chairs and fire pit which we enjoyed on multiple nights. If the house needs any upgrade it would be the back yard but it is still a nice space. Cannot recommend his house enough, especially for large groups. Will stay here again if we come back to St Louis.

Excellent Team House

We booked this home for a 3-day volleyball tournament at the convention center. In total we had 9 boys and several parents stay. It was incredible. It was conveniently located near Target and Walmart and Subway and about 15 uber ride to convention center. The team could gather at the big table for meals and the kitchen had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again.

Family Gathering in St Louis

The property was very clean, well furnished, lots of room for the 13 of us. Kitchen was well equiped. Close to many attactions. Communication with owner was easy and response time was fast! If you are needing a gathering spot for family or friends for an outing, you need to consider this location. Even a shovel was available since we experienced the snow storm.

Wedding / Graduation weekend

We were in town for a wedding, SLU graduation, and AIr Force ROTC commissioning. We had members from both families as well as some extended family to attend this festive weekend for our family. The house was amazing and provided plenty of space for all of us to hang out, sleep, eat, and relax. There were plenty of rooms with comfortable beds, enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready and was conveniently located to SLU and our venus for the other activities. The host was great communicating leading up to our stay and worked with us for a late check out to allow guests to get taken to the airport for their flights home. We will definitely be staying here again any time we have a group staying in STLand will recommend to all our friends when asked where to stay with a large group.

Great property, short drive to everything fun in St Louis!

We had a big group of all ages meeting up in St Louis to spend time together. This property worked well for us, was very clean and the property owner/manager was super responsive to all of our questions beforehand. It was a really cool house with a great layout for multi-generational gathering. We could play catch in the backyard, play games at the large table, watch movies in two different cozy living room spaces. Very nicely decorated, plenty of hot water and A/C. We did wish it had another bathroom or two but it’s an old house and that’s likely hard to accommodate. Definitely recommend, we would stay here again.

Wedding Weekend Home Base

We really enjoyed this property for our family to have one hub for busy weekend of wedding events. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice and firm. Each room had its own iron and supply of towels. The main floor bathroom is near the dining area, away from the main floor bedroom, just fyi. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one with en suite bathroom, and the other 3 share 1 bathroom. 3rd floor has two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. New fire pit and Adirondack chairs in back. Didn't get to use but a nice feature. Overall, met my expectations. Some rough finishes in the updates to this very old home but the overall vibe is really nice.

Incredible Place for a large group

We stayed as a large group for a trip to St. Louis and this place was perfect. Easy to get anywhere you want to go in the city and lots of space in the unit for everyone to spread out. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone making a trip to St. Louis with a larger group!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely old home. There were great spaces for all of us to hang out and be together. We loved the large table so we could all gather together for meals. We had family walks in the neighborhood, discovering a nice park close by. We were close to all the attractions we wanted to see. A great place to stay!

Great, well-stocked house for families

Really enjoyed our six night stay here. We had fourteen family members here and there were definitely enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Beautiful, historic, safe, walkable neighborhood with easy access to parks and highways. Kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare meals with lovely up-to-date appliances. Laundry access was appreciated. Owner quickly responded to our questions when we had them. Would definitely recommend and would return for another family reunion.

Well Appointed Home!

For probably the first time ever, we had way more space than we needed! Thats with 7 kids (10 and under) and 6 adults! This home has been updated beautifully, the beds are compfy, and we cooked two meals in the kitchen with no issues. It is located within a short drive to the zoo and the many attractions around there. We hade few gripes, mostly nitpicky. The pillows are all thick and firm, so I had to improvise. Also, the floors could be cleaner as our feet quickly got dirty and the rugs shed considerably. Finally, the closest grocery stores were a bit rough, which may be a reflection of the neighborhood. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the host was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
