This lovely Studio Penthouse with spectacular sea views is located right on the promenade in St Paul's Bay overlooking the islands of St. Paul's.  This is a lovely brand new apartment that is located on the top floor of the building. It is modern finished and fully equipped for your holiday in Malta. The promenade also offers a great place for walking and enjoying the sea breeze.

The studio apartment has one double bed, a kitchenette and a large bathroom.  It has amazing views over looking St Pauls Bay.
The Apartment measures 32 sqm internally,

There is a lift to all floors, with lift starting from ground floor.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 persons.
