We had a great time at this adorable beach condo! I love that it was in a quiet area, so we never had to fight for a spot to set up on the beach. The beach side sunsets were absolutely beautiful every night! Shared spaces outside were clean and ways looked great.The only "bad" parts were... #1 the elevator broke down a couple of times while we were there. The first time they just put caution tape on it while it was being worked on, and the second we were coming in from the beach for lunch and heard knocking and yelling. We got the outside door open and there was a couple and their baby stuck inside with the door not opening more then an inch. I stayed with them while the other half went and found help. The maintenance guy was able to open the door and everyone was safe. (They closed it down again and got a guy there who fixed it the next morning... fingers crossed it worked. We continued to take the stairs) #2 All but one of the chairs to use were broken. They even had garbage and empty beer cans in them. I know they are items left behind by other guests for all to use, but it was a bummer having to try to tie things together and hope they don't fall apart while you use them... since we flew there it was a factor in us choosing a place that had beach chairs available. I don't think either of those problems were the responsibility of the host... just things that others might like to know. I will definitely stay here again, maybe on the first floor next time. 🖤

Too small and dated for the price. Needs USB updated outlets. Furniture not scaled for small spaces. 4 Towels for 2 guests for 5 days which they advertise linens this is false advertising imo so I called and the rep told me haven’t you ever used a towel more than once? and there is laundry on your floor. I requested more and received a call and was provided additional linens which still was insufficient for the stay but helped. Very worn bathroom vanity peeling paint and needs walls scrubbed/painted. No space for luggage. Balcony is too small for two people to sit and enjoy. Elevator was sketchy so I did stairs unless I had luggage. Uncrowded beach and views were the only good thing about our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was most impressed by the cleanliness when we arrived and the stunning ocean views! The kitchen was well stocked and the tub was large. We stayed with our 2 children (9 & 11) and they used the pull-out couch (could use a new mattress). It was extremely tricky for all 4 of us in the small space, however. With only one small wardrobe in the bedroom and no dressers, we essentially had our stuff laying all over. A dresser and hangers for the wardrobe would be super helpful.

Overall a great stay with a couple of hiccups. Property manager very quick to answer and resolved the problem. The views are amazing!!The only thing missing that would make it a better stay is a tv in the bedroom. Even a small one on the wall could work! Make this happen and I’ll be back :)

Comfortable, clean, great view of the ocean from our third floor window! I did find it rather pricey after all the taxes and fees were added (not disclosed well either). On our first night, the door would not re-lock after we returned from an evening meal. A call to the office had the issue resolved swiftly and courteously all the way around. The TV remote was awful despite changing batteries. I had to press the remote buttons multiple times to change channels, adjust volume, skip commercials (on YouTube) despite changing batteries. Falsely advertised, not immaculate!

The positive is the close proximity to the beach. However, the way it is listed is deceptive. The sundeck is on the other side of a sand dune, so you cannot see the ocean. To get to the beach, you must walk over the top of a steep sand dune. We watched several people fall while trying to carry a chair, kids, or other items to the beach. At high tide, there is virtually no beach. There is also a lot of seaweed that washes up in this area. Luckily there were much nicer beaches close by. The pool is the smallest I have seen. The condo is decorated with nice colors, but the only positive. The hot water heater does not last beyond 1.5 showers. The second person never gets through with hot water. The condo is not immaculate as stated. The rug in the main area is filthy. The caulk around the base of the toilet is stained yellow and the baseboard tops are nasty. The flooring is coming up and has blue duct tape on it. (Reading reviews, it has been like this since at least 2/24.) There are curtains which are supposed to cover the patio doors, but they are too small and will not block sunlight. The bedroom is right next to the laundry room so you will hear people doing laundry at all hours as they slam the dryer door. Traffic noise starts by 8 am. The walls are paper thin so sadly that is not all that you hear. We had to listen to people partying at all hours and no true quiet time. Wanted to leave early but would only get a partial credit, so we stayed.

Very beautiful area, close to a lot of great things to do. Quiet, clean, not so crowded as other beaches, a lot different bird varieties. Nice helpfull cleaning and maintenance staff.
